Meal planning week #2. What i learned from last week: include the meals that are to be shared with friends so that you can get them to help with ingredients; great budget saver idea.
This weeks groceries cost $38, but that included non-grocery items, like TP and such. I think I will never want to go back to junk food, I already feel better physically.
Another addition to my lifestyle change is I’m going to start attending CrossFit twice a week. I will let you know how that goes.
